• Mix a few drops of lemon juice in a spoonful of honey and apply it on the face and neck for 15 minutes. Then wash the face with cold water. By doing this the skin will become soft, smooth and glowing.
• Mix one egg white with one spoon of honey and apply on the face for 20 minutes. After that wash the face with water.
• Mix one spoon walnut powder, one spoon honey and one spoon lemon juice and apply it on the face. Wash the face after 15 minutes with cold water.
• Rub 1 piece ripe papaya on the face.
• Wash off after some time. The dead cells of the skin will be removed and you will get a clean glowing skin.
• Mix two spoons of turmeric with two spoons of orange juice and rub it on the face and neck. Wash the face after 15 minutes with cold water.
• Make a paste by mixing honey and lemon juice in a banana. Apply this paste on the face, neck and hands and feet. Wash off with water after half an hour. Feel the difference yourself.
• Cut cabbage and boil it in 2 cups of water. Wash face with this water. The skin will remain glowing.
• Grind the mango peels. Mix 1 teaspoon powdered milk in it and rub it on the face with light hands. Apply it on hands, feet and neck as well. Wash off with cold water after 20 minutes.
• Mix 1 tbsp lemon juice in half a cup of sugar. Scrub this mixture gently on the body and face while taking a bath.
• Mix two spoons of cornflour in one egg white and apply it on the face. Leave it for about 20-25 minutes. When the paste dries, dip your hands in lukewarm water and rub the face. Then wash the face. Do this continuously for 10-15 days.
• Soak some dried gooseberries in water overnight. Grind them in the morning and make a paste. Apply this paste on the whole body and face and rub it for some time, then after 25 minutes take a bath with lukewarm water. The skin will be refreshed.
• Cut a carrot and boil it lightly. Then make a paste and apply it on the face. Leave it on for 30 minutes. Then wash the face with cold water and get glowing skin.
• 50 mg Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in tomato juice and apply it on the face for 15 minutes, then wash the face with cold water. By doing this the dead cells will be removed and the skin will become soft and glowing.
• Mix equal quantity of cucumber juice, rose water and lemon juice. Then wash and dry the face and apply this mixture on the face and leave it for overnight. Wash your face in the morning and feel the difference.
• To get instant glow, mix 2 teaspoon tomato juice with 4 teaspoon curd and apply it on the face for 15 minutes.
• Take equal quantity of vinegar and rose water and apply it on the face with the help of cotton.
• Make a paste by mixing gram flour and milk. Keep it on the face for 15 minutes. Facial skin will be full of freshness.
• Take cucumber juice and curd 1-1 tsp. Add a pinch of turmeric powder. Keep it on the face for 15 minutes. Then wash the face with cold water.
• Mix pineapple juice and coconut water and apply it on the face.
• Take the yellow part of an egg. Add 1 piece cilantro paste to it. Keep it on the face for half an hour and get instant glow.
1. Orange: Being rich in Vitamin C, it protects our skin from the damage caused by ultraviolet rays. Consume 1 orange regularly every day.
2. Sunflower Seed: Contains essential fatty acids, which provide a natural glow to our skin. Along with this, the skin becomes clean and soft by using it. Gets rid of blackheads too. Make a paste of these seeds and take it with tea or powder it and take 1 teaspoon with water every day. Papaya: A low-calorie fruit rich in vitamin A, carotenoids. Its use acts as an antioxidant and it gives glow to the skin by making it young.
3. Pulses: Pulses are rich in protein. Make sure to consume a bowl of lentils daily. The protein of pulses is rich in biotin. Its consumption gives freshness to the skin.
4. Green tea: Contains antioxidants, which protect our skin from ultraviolet rays as well as prevent wrinkles. At the same time, it removes stains from the skin and makes it clean. Consume it twice a day. A little honey can also be used along with it if desired.
Also pay attention to these things
Drink 10-15 glasses of water everyday.
• Eat at least 1-2 cucumbers daily.
• Eat papaya daily for breakfast.
• Include fiber rich food in your diet.
• Avoid fried food and spicy food.
• Relax at least 10 minutes before sleeping.
• Consume more and more fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables.
• Remove makeup at night and clean your face. Then sleep with night cream.
Face Mask for Glowing Skin
Put 1/4 apple, 1/4 orange, 6 grapes, 3 strawberries and 1/8 cup honey in a blender and make a paste. Wash and dry the face and apply a thin layer of honey on it. Leave it on for at least 20 minutes. Then wash the face with lukewarm water.
To keep the face beautiful and energetic, do Kapalbhati and Anulom-Vilom, Pranayama as well. At least 10-10 minutes.
